Packaging
All items are handmade by Sonal Talgeri-Bhaskaran and carefully packaged with a raw silk pouch or box, and then wrapped in Eastern Mystic Jewellery branded paper at no additional cost.

 




Delivery and shipping
(Free on all UK and International orders)
Orders will take 1-2 days to make, and estimated delivery times thereafter are shown below.
 
Delivery within the UK
Goods are sent by Royal Mail Next Day Special Delivery.
As such, your signature will be required to sign for the goods. 
Please bear this in mind when providing a delivery address.
Alternatively, if no-one is available to receive the package, a card will be left which will allow you to have the item redelivered at a later date, or collect the parcel in person from your local post office or depot.
Once your order has been handmade, goods will be despatched to reach you on the next working day.
We will ensure that you are kept up to date with the progress of your order and provide you with an online tracking number
 
If you require goods to be delivered on a specific day convenient for you, please ensure you let us know.
 
Overseas:
Goods are sent by Royal Mail International Signed for/Airsure services, and for heavier packages, ParcelForce Priority delivery.
 
Europe: 3-5 days
North America: 5-7 days
South America: 7-10 days
Asia/Australasia - 7 - 12 days
 
Please note that although we offer free delivery, postage and packaging on all orders, you may incur customs and excise duties, which you will be liable to pay.

 


Returns & Exchanges
 
We hope you enjoy our jewellery as much as we love making them.  But, in the event you do wish to return or exchange any items, please read the below:
 
You must have a Return Authorisation Number in order to return any goods.
 
Please email returns@easternmystic.com within 7 days of receipt of your order, including the reason for return and the order codes for which it relates.
 
We will then provide details of where you should return your items to.
 
For exchanges, please state the item code of the replacement you wish to order, and we will post this to you with a new receipt once the returned item has been successfully received.
 
Please ensure the items are protectively packed, with the RAN clearly stated on the outer packaging.
 
We strongly recommend using either recorded delivery or special delivery to ensure that it is covered for insurance, as we cannot be held liable for loss in transit. The goods will be your responsibility until we receive them
 
Items must be unworn/unused and returned in its original packaging and condition within 7 days to be eligible for a full refund.
 
Please be aware that international customs duties and sales taxes are NOT refunded for shipments
 
Refunds will be paid on successful receipt of the correctly returned unworn/unused items.
We will not accept returns for any items that have been worn or where original packaging is damaged
 
Bespoke items, commissioned pieces and earrings (for hygiene reasons) are non-refundable, unless the item is faulty.
 
This does not affect your statutory rights.
 
Alterations:
If you wish to have an item of Eastern Mystic Jewellery adjusted in length or restrung at anytime, please email alterations@easternmystic.com with the order number of the item or electronic proof of purchase.
 
This service is free of charge, however delivery costs in sending items to us will be borne by the customer. We will send the items back via secure delivery free of charge.
