Delivery Information
 
Our designer jewellery is all handmade to order, so please allow up to 7 working days from the date of despatch. 
Items may take longer if delivered outside the UK. 
 
If you need the item sooner, please contact sonal@easternmystic.com and we will do our best to meet your needs. 
 
We will  keep you up to date with the progress of your order and send the tracking reference once the item has been posted.

The delivery cost is per order, and all methods will require a signature on receipt. Please bear this in mind when providing a delivery address.
For International delivery (outside of the UK), the rates are as above, however you may incur customs and excise duties, which you will be liable to pay.
 
Packaging
All jewellery from Eastern Mystic and Sonal Talgeri-Bhaskaran London is carefully packaged in a branded box and wrapped in paper so it reaches you securely and safely.
 
Ordering Online
We ensure your credit card information is not compromised through this site. All transactions are conducted through Paypal or Sagepay and we do not have access to your financial information. We are only able to view your email address used to process your order and postal address for delivery purposes
 
Cancellation Policy:
Due to the handmade nature of our jewellery, should you wish to cancel your order, you can email us at returns@easternmystic.com on the same day of your order being placed, quoting your name and address, details of the product and will will ensure the order is not processed and any payment made is refunded or cancelled.
 
Return / Refund Policy
While our jewellery is handmade to order, we are unable to offer full refunds but we do want you to love our jewellery as much as we love making it, so if the item is not as you had hoped, we will happily offer an exchange or credit note to the same value of the return including a refund of the postage charge incurred by you,  provided it is sent back wiithin 7 days of receipt of your jewellery. 
For hygiene reasons, we are not able to accept returns on earrings unless they are faulty.  Please email returns@easternmystic.com with your name and address, product details, order number and return reason. 
items must only be sent back once we have responded. Any unauthorised returns will be sent back to the sender. 
All products must be carefully repackaged in their original packing and in its original, unworn condition and in the same condition we have sent it out to you.
The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, please send returns via Special Delivery and insure them at the appropriate value. We cannot be held responsible for returns lost in transit.
Once we have received the jewellery, it will be checked to ensure it has not been worn or damaged.
 
If accepted, a credit note will be emailed to you within 2 working days, or an exchange for a product(s) of the same value will be posted out to you within 7 working days
There is no expiry date on the credit note whose value will be for the full amount of the returned items, with a refund of the postage charge incurred by you for the return, provided proof of postage cost is sent to us. 
 
If items have been worn or damaged, do not have their original packaging or show obvious signs of abuse, no refund or exchange will be offered. The goods will be returned to the buyer.
 
Late and Lost Deliveries
If your delivery has been delayed, then please contact us and we will provide you with the tracking number. 

We cannot refund or replace lost items until 20 working days after the date of despatch (30 days for international items) - this is when the Royal Mail classes items as being lost.

International delivery - When items are sent to another country, your parcel is often handled by more than one postal service. Unfortunately that means delivery problems are more likely. When we send a parcel abroad, the actual delivery of the item will be the responsibility of the postal service in the country the items are going to. Delays can often be caused by customs checks, which can sometimes take up to 1-2 weeks.
 
Items not received but tracked as being delivered - This frequently happens when items are delivered to places of work. In some cases, your item might have been delivered to a post room or colleague within your company and someone else will have signed for it. In these cases for a small charge, you can request a proof of delivery certificate from the Royal Mail (www.royalmail.com) by filling in a signature request form. Please note that we do not refund or replace items that are tracked as being delivered. For this reason, we always recommend that you get items delivered to your home address.

Eastern Mystic Jewellery and Sonal Talgeri-Bhaskaran London (Limited) cannot be held responsible for goods that are lost or delayed in transit.

Prices
Goods are charged at price shown on the product pages on the date the customer places the order and are inclusive of VAT. Prices are correct at time of publication. Errors and omissions are expected. Orders will be processed at our published prices, otherwise, in the case of any unexpected change in price, you will be informed and asked if you wish to reconsider your order before proceeding. All prices are stated in British Pounds Sterling (£GBP).
 
Alterations
If you wish to have an item of Eastern Mystic Jewellery adjusted in length or restrung at anytime, please email alterations@easternmystic.com with the order number of the item or electronic proof of purchase.
This service is free of charge, however delivery costs in sending items to us will be borne by the customer.  We will send the items back via secure delivery free of charge.
